Steam boiler for MG Automotive in Thailand

Devotion Boiler cooperates with automotive industry for years. This project is for MG Automotive in Thailand. The project provided 2 sets of 4 tons per hour WNS steam boiler.

This series boiler adopts large furnace design technology and increases the radiation heating area of the furnace. The corrugated furnace liner not only increases the overall strength of the furnace liner, but also automatically compensates for the thermal expansion and contraction stress of the furnace liner, avoiding problems such as tube sheet cracking and tensile cracking caused by stress. At the same time, the combustion is more complete, reducing the production of NOX and reducing pollution emissions.
