Hot water boiler for Vietnam Mazada Auto in Vietnam

Devotion Boiler has stable partnership with many famous automotive companies. This project is for Vietnam Mazada Auto in Vietnam. The project provided 1 set of 4.2MW per hour CWNS hot water boiler and 1 set of 2.1MW per hour CWNS hot water boiler.

This series of gas-fired hot water boiler adopts a horizontal internal combustion three-pass full wet back structure. The ratio of height to width is appropriate, suitable for assembly; maintenance is simple and convenient; the fully wet back design makes the high-temperature flue gas surrounded by boiler water, which not only effectively utilizes the heating surface, but also avoids such shortcomings as the dry back boiler that the rear smoke box is directly washed by high temperature smoke for a long time, the smoke is short-circuited, and the furnace wall smoke box is easily damaged, so that the furnace has to be shut down for maintenance. Mature design ensures the safe and reliable operation of the boiler, thereby prolonging the normal operating cycle of the boiler.
