Steam boiler for soybean processing factory in Shandong Province

Shandong Wonderful Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise specializing in soybean intensive processing, with an annual processing capacity of 250,000 tons of soybeans. In 2020, Shandong Wonderful Industrial Group built a 300-ton/day low-temperature soybean meal production project, a 3,000-ton/year soybean protein isolate production project, and a 5,000-ton/year soybean protein isolate production project, which requires 1 set of 15 tons SZS water tube steam boiler.

SZS water tube steam boiler adopts D-type double drum and vertical structure. The furnace is surrounded by membrane water wall, which is safe and reliable. The built-in independent economizer and condenser can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature, significantly improve the boiler efficiency and save energy.
